Just wanted to say thank you for fixing my garage door. I've been out of work and anticipated needing a new opener. I put off calling you for months thinking the cost would be high. So what a relief to have it done when I came home. Sorry we were not here. I am happy you just went ahead and fixed it. Appreciate your service. Dear Sirs:

Today one of your service men, Dennis, came and repaired our garage door for us. The description was that he reset the right cable so the door would open and close normally. He also charged us the minimum charge. He came while we were gone and then left the bill on our porch.

You may think we are writing to complain (we both work in the sales and service industry, and know how happy people are to complain) but take a deep breath... we have never been so pleased with a company in all our years of home ownership!

We had called another company before Christmas when the garage door first broke, and their service rep took nearly a week to get to us. (Dennis came the same day we called.) The other service rep also told us the door was permanently broken and would cost us $1000.00 to repair, or we could just get a new one installed for $1600.00. We knew we couldn’t afford it at this time, so we had to live with parking our cars outside on the drive.

Today we decided just to try another company, since we’re pretty tired of driveway-parking, and coincidentally the phone book opened to your page. Recognizing a Davis County phone number, we called and received prompt and courteous service!

We were thrilled that Dennis stayed and did the repair even without us there, and then charged us an honest price for the problem he found. We know that we will be replacing that 01’ garage door within 5 years, and we know our friends and neighbors will probably be doing the same. Who are we going to tell everyone to call? You guessed it - Northern Utah Doors! We are going to make sure everyone we know hears about the great service and honesty of your company!
